High quality sleep carries many benefits which include: improved memory, creativity, attention span, and helps regulate stress and even inflammation! As professionals, failure to obtain quality sleep may adversely affect your performance and even your quality of life.

Before exploring this website, please keep in mind the three elements of good quality sleep:

-Duration: The length of sleep should leave the sleeper feeling rested and alert the next day.

-Continuity: Sleeper should progress through sleep cycles without interruption.

-Depth: Sleep should be deep enough to have a restorative and refreshing effect.
