ABOUT ME

I am in love with my bed, but my alarm won't let us be together

Life can get busy sometimes and for me that usually means I end up losing sleep. Having to balance teaching summer school, part-time work and completing my Masters degree in Education at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education is a difficult task and I don't get to sleep much. I decided to pick something relevant to my experience and something that could be helpful to everyone, after all, everyone needs to sleep!

When I came back from Asia, the first week was compromised with sleepless nights and extreme fatigue during the days. With work and school upon me, I became interested learning more about sound sleep. Although most of the resources are aimed at helping you improve your sleep, it is important that one navigates the website with an understanding of oneself and what could work for you.
